Returns If you wish to return an item you must call for a return authorization number.

The item must be returned within 20 days of shipping date.

No returns after 20 days from shipping date

Absolutely no returns on electronic or electrical parts

Customers are responsible for all returns shipping charges

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee

Reimbursements will be processed after an item with a proper RA number is received

and inspected - which could take several days!

Shipping Damage If any item has shipping damage, you must take that up

with the shipper. Note the damage at the time of delivery to the driver and ask for a claim

form. File your claim with the shipping company, as they are responsible for shipping

damage, we are not.
